School Payments

We are a “cashless” school and we are asking parents to make all payments on the School Gateway app.  We are currently accepting payments for:

• School Meals
• School Uniform
• After School Club
• Diocesan School Fund

Other payments will be made available throughout the school year as and when required.

 How to Access School Gateway

Download the app: if you have a smartphone, please download the School Gateway app from your App store (Android and iPhone). The app shows the same information as the website. It also saves the school money when we send you a text message - this service is completely free to you.

OR

Visit the website www.schoolgateway.com and click on “New User”. You will receive a text message with a PIN NUMBER. Use this PIN to log in to School Gateway. We will notify you by text or e mail when new items are available for payment e.g. School trips and After School Club.

 Can’t activate your account?

If you’re having trouble logging in, it may be because the school doesn’t have your current e mail and mobile phone number on record. If this is the case, please email smmail@hwbcymru.net quoting the correct email address and mobile number for you – it needs to match the information we have on our SIMS database.

Please do not phone school as we are not able to receive confidential data information over the phone.

To make a payment, please email smmail@hwbcymru.net to request a Paypoint voucher quoting the item you wish to pay for.
